Digitization – Embroidery Setup

This is the process of getting your logo ready to be stiched unto shirts/fabric. The is fee is only paid once.

Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread. The logo is replicated by stitching threads into fabric. The procedure is completely programmed and performed by automated embroidery machines. The first step is to make a digitized file for your logo. This is called digitizing. The final product is a program or logo document that can be transferred to the machine and instructs the machine what to stitch. The pieces of clothing are physically "hooped" and stacked onto the machine by the operator.
