Screen printing pricing is based on 3 variables.

  1. The number of colors in your logo

  3. The number of garments you want to print

We need to know these three variables to further advise you on how you can reduce your costs.

It depends on many variables; size of the order, colors in the design, etc.

Sometimes. We have several different incentive programs for companies that regularly order from us.

Digitization (digitizing) is the process of turning a design into a stitch format that can be read by an embroidery machine.

We are currently unable to offer refunds. However, if you are not pleased with the outcome of your order because the shirt is too small, the color is not right or whatever the reason please feel free to contact us and we will see how best to assist you.  Heat transfer is the process of using heat to transfer a picture onto a t-shirt. The process is cheap but quality is poor. The image often cracks after frequent use or fall off depending on the process used. Please consult us if you intend to use this process.

Embroidery Designs is the process of using thread to replicate or create an image on fabric. One of the major advantages of using embroidery design is the art illustrations, styles and craft it offers to the products. Most garment and fabric products are enhanced by the use of embroidery designs.
Embroidery artwork needs to be digitized, this is the process turns your design into a file that can be read by an embroidery machines. The drawbacks of embroidery are that it is more expensive than screen printing, and is not suitable for use on some very light materials.

Screen Printing is very popular among clubs, societies and small business shirts. The print is long lasting and the quality is superb. Screen Printing involves making a frame for each color in your design and using ink to print the design unto the garment.
This process is recommended for clubs, societies and small business shirts however if the need is only for a small quantity of shirt or shirts for short term promotion, we would not advise to go with this method.

Handy Tips for caring your shirts

  • Wash your brand new custom dress shirt before wearing, to remove any toxic chemicals and to make the material softer.
  • Routinely check your custom shirt to see if the buttons are secure, thread is loose.
  • Machine wash your custom dress shirts on the Gentle cycle using lukewarm water, which preserves the color and extends the life of the fabric.
  • Do not dry-clean your shirts! The chemicals in dry cleaning fluid will destroy the fabric or even turn your custom shirts yellow. Instead, request that your shirts be laundered.
  • Starching while pressing causes cotton fibers in custom dress shirts to weaken.
  • Apply deodorant or cologne to your body and wait for it to dry before putting on your dress shirt. This will help you to avoid antiperspirant stains.
  • Promptly wash stains out of your custom dress shirt before the stain sets and is absorbed in the fabric. This will help to prevent permanent staining.
  • Separate your shirts before laundering into three categories: whites, colors and darks. This will minimize lifting the color out of your shirts or “color runs.” Use chlorine bleach, such as Clorox, to get your white shirts whiter. Use color-safe bleach or a diluted bleach solution for light colors. Avoid bleaching your dark colored shirts.
  • Check for stains and clean before pressing. Heat from an iron will permanently set the stain into the fabric.
  • It is best to iron your custom dress shirts while the fabric is damp, so you do not scorch or damage the fabric. This also makes it easier to get all the wrinkles out. You should only use a high-quality steam iron on a dry shirt.
