Customer Experience Representative

Dirty Hand Designs is a fast growing, exciting company which is seeking to identify a vibrant, dynamic Customer Experience Representative to join our team. General Summary: The candidate will be expected to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth. Demonstrate account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.

Salary Range $

Core Functions: 

• Maintaining and building a close relationship with all clients
• Ordering and distribution of products to clients
• Coordinating onsite visits
• Communicating with our customers via the company’s website, emails, phone or otherwise
• Ensuring that our customers need are met to the best of the company’s ability
• All other related duties to the positions offered

Qualification: 

• Possession of a high school level of education.
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
• Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Sales Experience preferred
